Krystal Kraft supplies at wholesale to hotels, restaurants, bars, event companies, interior designers, corporate gifting programs, and retail chains across India and 28+ countries.

Payment terms

50% advance on PO confirmation, 50% before dispatch. Net-15 terms available for established B2B accounts after two completed orders. UPI, RTGS, NEFT, and international wire (SWIFT) supported.

Bulk discount structure

Tiered from 15% at 50 units to 40% at 500+ units per SKU. Large annual commitments are quoted separately with typically deeper unit economics.

Sample orders

Sample kits available for orders above 100 units. Sample cost is credited against the final PO. This is the fastest way to evaluate finish quality, dimensional consistency, and packaging.

Free delivery pan-India on wholesale orders above ₹25,000. Standard turnaround: 14–21 days production + 3–7 days transit. Rush delivery available for stocked SKUs. Nationwide fulfilment via reputable couriers.

Packaging

Standard bulk cartons with internal dividers, individual gift boxes, export-grade wooden crating, or fully custom branded packaging with your logo. Sample images shared before production.

Breakage guarantee

Average breakage rate over the last 12 months of shipments is under 0.4%. Any transit damage is replaced free within 30 days of delivery on presentation of unboxing photos.

Materials & care

This piece is handcrafted from recycled glass and mixed handcraft materials. Each unit is subtly one-of-a-kind because we work with real donor bottles — natural variation in tint, embossing, and cut is intrinsic to authentic upcycling.

Cleaning

Hand-wash only with warm water and mild dish soap. No abrasive scrubbers. No dishwasher. Dishwasher-safe finishes available on request for hospitality contracts.

Handling

Cut glass edges are polished and safe. Painted or etched details are hand-applied — avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged UV exposure to preserve finish integrity.

Storage

Store upright in a dry place. Stack only with dividers or tissue paper. Original packaging is designed for safe re-storage between uses.

Longevity

With proper care, upcycled bottle pieces last decades. Our oldest customer pieces from 1998 are still in daily use in Vadodara studios and hotel suites.
