Wholesale FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 50 units per SKU. If you're combining multiple SKUs in a single order, we can flex on this for first orders. Volume discounts start at 100 units per SKU (15% off) and scale up to 40% at 500+ units. OEM contracts with annual volume commitments are quoted separately.
What are your payment terms?
50% advance on PO confirmation, 50% before dispatch. Net-15 terms are available for established B2B accounts after two completed orders. We accept UPI, RTGS, NEFT, and other bank transfer options. GST invoices provided on all Indian orders.
How consistent are the finished pieces?
Because we work with real donor bottles, natural variation in tint, embossing, and label placement is intrinsic to authentic upcycling. Dimensional tolerance is typically ±5–10 mm. For hospitality specifications requiring identical pieces, we can pre-sort donor bottles from a single source for consistency at a small premium.
Can you customize with our brand?
Yes. Etching, hand-painting, decal printing, and fully custom packaging are all available. For corporate gifting programs we typically produce a mock-up within 48 hours of your brief. Private-label (OEM) production — where your brand appears on the piece itself instead of ours — starts at 500 units per SKU.
What are your lead times?
Standard orders ship in 14–21 days from confirmed PO. Rush turnaround is available on stocked SKUs. Export orders with sea freight add 4–6 weeks of transit time depending on destination port. We share tracking on every shipment.
Do you offer samples?
Sample kits are available for orders above 100 units. Sample cost is credited against the final PO. This is the fastest way to evaluate finish quality, dimensional consistency, edge polish, and packaging before committing to a bulk order.
What about the bottle brands — is there an IP concern?
Our finished pieces are handcrafted upcycled products made from post-consumer bottles. We are not affiliated with the original beverage brands, do not sell branded merchandise, and reference brand names only to describe the donor bottle's origin (standard practice in the upcycling industry). For OEM contracts we can produce pieces without any brand-referencing text on packaging.
