BOTTLE CUTTING MASTERCLASS

Bottle to business.

A hands-on masterclass in glass bottle cutting, edge finishing, and upcycling techniques — at the Krystal Kraft studio in Vadodara. For makers, designers, entrepreneurs, and hospitality professionals ready to build with recycled glass.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

Six skills you’ll walk out with.

01

Diamond-wheel cutting

The core technique. Precise, safe, repeatable cutting of glass bottles across shapes, sizes, and glass thicknesses.

02

Edge finishing & polishing

Three-stage grinding and polishing to safe, smooth, retail-quality edges. This is what separates authentic upcycling from craft-project quality.

03

Hardware & assembly

Adding lamp fittings, mounting bases, planter waterproofing. Turning cut bottles into functional finished objects.

04

Painting & glazing

Water-based glazes, decorative techniques, hand-painted branding, colour treatments. Adding your creative signature to finished pieces.

05

Sourcing & quality control

Where to source donor bottles reliably, how to grade for quality, how to run a small-batch inventory. The business side of upcycling.

06

Turning it into a business

Pricing, packaging, positioning, distribution channels. The Krystal Kraft team walks you through what actually works in the Indian market.
