1. Agreement
By accessing or using krystalkraft.in, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
2. About us
Krystal Kraft operates a handcrafted upcycled glass bottle art studio in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. Established in 1997. GST-compliant, MSME-registered business.
3. Product listings, pricing and availability
We display products, prices, and specifications on our website with reasonable care. However:
- Because our products are handcrafted from real donor bottles, natural variation in tint, embossing, label placement, and dimensions (typically ±5\u201310mm) is intrinsic to the craft. This is a feature of authentic upcycling, not a defect.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise indicated. B2B/wholesale pricing is quoted separately.
- Product availability is subject to donor-bottle sourcing and production capacity. We reserve the right to update prices, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion, in accordance with Indian law.
4. Orders and acceptance
An order placed through our website or via any form of communication (email, WhatsApp, phone) is an offer by you to purchase our products at the stated price. We accept your offer only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then, no contract exists.
We may cancel or refuse an order if: product availability changes, pricing errors are identified, we cannot verify your details, or we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. Any payments already collected for cancelled orders will be refunded promptly.
5. Payment
Retail orders on our website are payable at the time of ordering via the payment methods we make available (UPI, NEFT, RTGS, cards, or others as offered). For wholesale and B2B orders, standard terms are 50% advance on PO confirmation and 50% before dispatch. Net-15 credit terms are available for established B2B accounts after two completed orders, at our discretion.
All prices are in INR. International orders may be quoted in USD or another currency and settled via bank transfer. Currency-conversion fees, taxes, and duties applicable in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Delivery
Standard production lead time is 14\u201321 days from confirmed order for stocked SKUs. Custom orders and large volumes may take longer — timeline is confirmed at order confirmation. Delivery timeline is separate from production and depends on the courier and destination.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the courier. However, we provide a breakage guarantee: any transit damage is replaced free within 30 days of delivery on presentation of unboxing photos showing the packaging condition and damage.
7. Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy is detailed at krystalkraft.in/refund/. In summary: retail purchases can be returned within 7 days for defects or transit damage. Wholesale and B2B orders follow contract-specific terms. Custom and BYOB orders are non-refundable once production begins.
8. Wholesale and B2B orders
Wholesale orders are subject to a purchase order (PO) and confirmation letter issued by us. Minimum order quantities, tiered pricing, packaging specifications, and delivery terms are covered in the PO. Wholesale customers acknowledge that:
- Handcrafted variation is intrinsic and does not constitute a defect.
- Lead times may vary based on donor-bottle sourcing.
- Payment terms are 50% advance / 50% before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Bulk discount tiers are subject to change and are set at the time of PO confirmation.
9. Custom and BYOB orders
Custom orders — including our Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB) service, personalized items, custom branded pieces, and OEM/private-label production — are subject to specific terms:
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
- Design mock-ups are shared for approval before production. Approval constitutes commitment to the design.
- For BYOB orders, the customer bears the risk of the donor bottle. In the rare case of breakage during production, we notify you immediately and offer either a full refund or a replacement piece from our standard collection.
- Custom orders that reference third-party brand names on request (etchings, printings, packaging) are the customer’s responsibility with respect to any intellectual-property clearance.
10. Bottle brand names
Our finished pieces are handcrafted upcycled products made from post-consumer bottles. Krystal Kraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the beverage brands whose donor bottles we use (including but not limited to Bombay Sapphire, Johnnie Walker, Absolut, Chivas Regal, Old Monk, and others).
We reference brand names only to describe the donor bottle’s origin — standard practice in the upcycling industry. All third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. Original bottle labels appear on some finished pieces where the design preserves them; this is a feature of authentic upcycling and does not imply any commercial relationship with the label owner.
11. Intellectual property
All content on krystalkraft.in — including text, imagery, product photography, artwork, brand identity, and site design — is the property of Krystal Kraft or licensed to us and is protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content commercially without written permission.
Our signature masterpieces by artist Raees Ahmed Merchant remain the artist’s intellectual property. Purchase of a piece transfers physical ownership but does not transfer copyright, design rights, or the right to reproduce the piece commercially.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Krystal Kraft’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including under the Consumer Protection Act 2019).
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
